§ 1. General Provisions
The website metatechnology.pl (hereinafter "Service") is owned and operated by Colorido MK Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Juliana Tuwima 48/11, 90-021 Łódź, Poland.
The Company is registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under 0001054282, Tax ID 7282876214, REGON 526179635, represented by Adam Mucha.
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of digital products offered through the Service, including the Autonomous SEO Agent Bundle and associated digital files.
§ 2. Definitions
Product - a digital product available for purchase on the Service (e.g., bundles, plugins, guides).
Customer - any natural person or legal entity purchasing a Product.
Consumer - a natural person purchasing a Product not primarily related to their business activity.
Digital Delivery - delivery of Product files immediately upon successful payment, without physical shipment.
§ 3. Product Offering
Products offered on metatechnology.pl are digital goods delivered electronically after purchase.
Product descriptions, features, and included items are presented on the Service's product pages.
Prices are displayed in USD (or as shown) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
§ 4. Order and Payment
Orders are placed by selecting the Product and completing checkout with payment.
The contract between the Customer and Seller is concluded upon successful payment confirmation.
Payments are processed by secure external providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
The Customer will receive a download link and/or license key immediately after payment is authorized.
§ 5. Digital Delivery
Digital Products are delivered instantly via a download link or license activation email.
The Customer is responsible for securing downloaded files and backing them up.
§ 6. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase only if the digital Product has not been downloaded or accessed.
The right of withdrawal expires once the Customer receives access to the digital files, downloads them, or activates a license, and has been informed of this before purchase.
Refunds are handled case-by-case at the Seller's discretion if digital content has been accessed.
§ 7. License and Use
Upon purchase, the Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or business purposes.
The Customer may install and use the Product but may not redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or sublicense rights to third parties.
§ 8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Products - including software, code, workflows, guides, and content - belong to Colorido MK Sp. z o.o.
The Customer retains rights to their own data and content created using the Product, but the Product itself remains the Seller's property.
§ 9. Liability
Products are provided "as is" for the Customer's own use.
The Seller is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or other consequences stemming from Product use.
The Seller does not guarantee compatibility with all systems or environments.
§ 10. Personal Data & Cookies
The administrator of personal data is Colorido MK Sp. z o.o.
Details about personal data processing and cookies are described in the separate Privacy Policy on the website.
§ 11. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts competent for the Seller's registered office.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the Service.
